Tipsy Baby Winery

Winemaker

Welcome to Tipsy Baby, the new generation social wines from Georgia, from the winemakers of Chelti. Tipsy Baby embodies the good life and celebrates the vibrant mix of modern cultures. With unique wines crafted for every occasion, Tipsy Baby wines are here to make sure everyone has a great time.

George Mirianashvili continues his family’s unbroken chain of Georgian winemaking, adding Tipsy Baby, under the direction of his children- the next generation of winemakers. The style and image of the brand reflects this new generation of wine drinkers. Sourced from an 80 hectare property that has been transformed into a winemaker’s paradise located in the heart of the wine growing region of Kakheti, the Mirianashvili family is involved in overseeing every aspect of the wine production process.

The family started this brand under the same philosophy: wine made with the finest Georgian grapes and a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation. Tipsy Baby wines symbolize freedom, creativity, and celebration: “We believe that life’s a big, never-ending celebration, and we’re here to make sure every moment is filled with magic.”

Andria Mirianashvili

Winery

Tipsy Baby is a family-owned winery established by George Mirianashvili, who also serves as the chief winemaker. George is deeply immersed in the intricacies of wine production, while his children, Ana and Andria, assume the roles in the operational management, shaping the new-generation brand.

Vineyard

The vineyard is located on the family property at the lower South-Western slope of the Caucasus mountain range. The vineyard is committed to sustainable farming practices, which encompass a comprehensive approach to environmental responsibility. The vineyard places a significant emphasis on manual
labor, with approximately 90% of the vineyard’s operations are carried out by skilled hands. This hands-on approach extends to the harvesting process as well, where the entirety of the grapes are picked and sorted by hand.

Looking ahead, the vineyard has ambitious plans to transition its entire facility to solar energy by the end of 2025.
